1. Scope of Services

V and V Equities LLC offers a variety of services related to real estate, including but not limited to:

Consulting on real estate investments, including fix-and-flip and buy-and-hold strategies.Mentorship in property management and investment strategies.Advisory services for real estate deals, property acquisitions, and portfolio management.

2. Fees and Payments

Consultation Fees: Fees for initial consultations will be agreed upon at the start of the engagement. Any fees for subsequent consultations or services will be discussed and confirmed prior to further engagement.Retainers: Retainer fees may be required to secure consulting services, particularly for ongoing projects or larger engagements. These fees are refundable if no services have been performed (see Section 4 on Refunds).Set-Up Fees: Certain services, such as property management setups or mentorship onboarding, may require set-up fees. These fees are also refundable if no services have been provided.

Payment Terms: Payments must be made by the due date indicated on the invoice or agreed upon in writing. We accept payments through credit cards and other approved methods as stated on the invoice.

3. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

Refund Period: You are entitled to a refund for consultation, retainer, and set-up fees if requested within3 daysof the transaction.Non-Refundable Services: Once the consultation, mentorship, or any services have beencompleted, no refunds will be issued for those services.Refund Process: To request a refund, please contactCustomer [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within5-7 business daysonce approved.

9. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation or mentorship session, please provide at least
24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session.

10. Termination

V & V Equities LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend services at any time, with or without cause, if:

The terms of this agreement are violated.There is non-payment of fees.Any other valid reason determined at our sole discretion.

If services are terminated, any outstanding fees must still be paid in full.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
State of Florida. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in
Jacksonville, Florida.

12. Amendments

V & V Equities LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website
